Quote of the Day
“It may be those who do most, dream most.”
- Stephen Leacock
I don’t want to replace the quote of the day in the right column just yet, because it serves as my daily inspiration, but this one caught my eye.
I think it is so true.
It is the doers who think things are possible. Those who do nothing can’t see how things could be done, and when everything seems impossible there’s really no fun in dreaming.
I am a doer, and my dreams are big enough to prove it.
Just talking and not doing can never satisfy me. In fact, lots of talking and no doing infuriates me, it makes me restless and irritated.
I am not a fan of big words, it’s action that impresses me. Talk how big you want, if all you do is talk I’m still not impressed.
Right now I have to wait, but it is kind of okay because I know why. I am not sitting-around-on-my-butt-all-day-doing-nothing waiting, I am working-hard-in-school-and-salon-getting-a-profession-which-is-a-crucial-step-towards-my-goal waiting, I am figuring-out-the-family-situation waiting, I am learning-a-foreign-language waiting, I am saving-money waiting.
I see others who are further on their way towards their goals, but that is kind of okay too. Their time is now, my time has not arrived yet.
I only hope that I will be ready when the time comes.

But you need help and support too to enable those dreams to become reality….Such wonderful dreams may be a long time in coming – but they will happen.
But in the meantime, the road is long – but if it is lonely too – how much more difficult. Make sure your road of discovery is full of friendships!
I agree with Carole – and you have OUR friendships to start out with!
The time comes when you are ready.
