This is weird. We leave the day after tomorrow, I have a thousand things to do before we go…
… and yet here I am, doing absolutely nothing.
Look at that list. Those are all things that I have to buy before we go. I intended to do that yesterday, and came home with socks. Yeah. I’m a monster of efficiency.

Dopn’t forget that the razor blades, the shampoo and the deodorant can be bought down here too (those are the only three items that I could understand from your Swedish list ^___^).
Naas spray? Nose spray? What for?
It’s for André, the poor bastard, who is on penicillin because of some nasty tonsillit. Also for me, just in case, because I panic if I can’t breathe properly! Oh, and my hair is only orange in the front, I’m still mostly blonde!
Annika, are you arriving on Friday? There is an 8 hour transit strike planned for that day, not likely to be turned off. I wasn’t able to find any news on the strike schedule in Rome, but the subway and busses will probably only work for a few hours in the morning and afternoon. The train from the airport will be working regularly.
OH NO! Actually we’re arriving on Saturday at 9.40 am… do you think they will be running again by then?
Yes, the transit strike is on Friday and limited to no more than 8 hours.
phew!
Annika, don’t forget your glasses!!:-)
I do the same thing –the closer it gets to leaving, the more I freeze up and just continue adding to the list. Then the last minute I panic and get packing. [Joe is much better at it than me!]
I hope you know I’m skipping around on your behalf, singing “Annika’s done with school, she’s going to Italy, haaaa!!”
Tina I know, and I love you for that!
Deb, it feels good to know I’m not alone!
Hi Annika,
It was so nice to meet you and your family when you came over. I do hope you enjoyed the rest of your trip. I’ve just been catching up with blogs having returned from Florida on Sunday morning. I have enjoyed trying to translate this list though!!
