a new favorite

A real-time webcam showing Piazza Duomo in Amalfi. It has improved night vision so even though it’s dark at the moment I can still see a large group of people in the piazza. I only wish I could hear the noises too… and breathe the air, and be there, but for now I’m happy to get a closer look at what’s going on than the distant webcam at Hotel Luna that I’ve been watching before.

Note: If you’re on IE you might not be able to watch the webcam, but it works fine on Firefox.

    That’s really nice. It looks relatively quiet just now. Probably later on it will be busier. Do you still watch the Sorrento-cam?

    Occasionally I do, I also check the Positano webcam daily. I need to get my fix somehow! :)

    grazie Annika for introducing us to this new webcam. I’ve seen the other one there – but this one is working really well on my computer (almost a live feed!)
