Pasta alla puttanesca is one of my favorite foods for several reasons. Not only is it pretty and colorful, it also makes me feel good inside, knowing that it’s packed with natural nutrients such as flavonoids and omega-3 fatty acids, and that there really isn’t anything unhealthy in it. There’s anchovies, peperoncini, tomatoes, capers, garlic and olives. Sometimes I add tuna or parsley.
It is quick, simple, light and above all it’s incredibly rich in flavors.
I ate it in Amalfi last year, and on a sunny day like today it felt just right to eat it again.
I might even finish my meal with a little limoncello, just like I did then.

I’m eating a chocolate chip cookie as I read this.
Enjoy!
In my book, cookies are in the “good food” section!
We love that for a light supper, make it quite often, very tasty indeed!!!
Adding tuna sounds interesting!
This is one of my favourite fast foods.
