wherever I lay my hat

I think it’s safe to say that you all know that I’ve been wanting to move to Amalfi for several years now.

If that’s news to you, you obviously haven’t been paying attention.

Well, I’ll broaden my perspective. I’m not picky, see? If push came to shove I  would consider this too:

It’s a physical ache, you know. It seriously hurts inside not to be there.

Well, the good news is that I’ll return to Italy 169 days from today, and if everything goes according to plan I will be accompanied by a beautiful boy with golden hair. I am so happy about that, so thankful and so excited.

I look forward to this trip so much, to finally get back to Italy and also to see my dear friends.
169 days…

What? Do you mean we are only second choice? :-)

  2. Annika says:

yes – but not a bad choice by any means! :D I have to say that Positano is growing on me. I miss it, and its people. I think I would be happy in either one of the towns :)
It’s a distant dream though, we are likely to move within a few years but only within Sweden. Hopefully a few years after that we’ll be wealthy enough to buy a holiday home in Italy ;)

Annika I am right there with you on the friendship thing…just ask anyone who really knows me. Despite this, I know you are a kind and good soul, and that is all that really matters.

Hopefully I’ll see you at the GTG….
