plank challenge

I decided to join a challenge today. The goal is to improve how long you can hold a plank  - the one who has improved the most by the end of the month wins.

 

My starting time is 1 min 24 sec. Surely that can be improved quite a lot in four weeks? I can already hold a plank ten times longer than in August ;)
