Monster GTG 2010

In 2006 we had the first Expats in Italy Monster GTG ever in Greve in Chianti. Although the weather didn't cooperate almost 100 members showed up and we had a lot of fun.
It's time for a new Monster GTG, this time at Mulino di Quercegrossa in Siena!
Where: The Mulino di Quercegrossa (SI) http://www.mulinodiquercegrossa.it/
What: We are planning a lunch time event, and lunch will
be served:
-Antipasto toscano including crostini
-2 primi of our choice (at least one will be vegetarian)
-1 secondo, likely a grigliata mista (with pork and chicken)
-2 sides: potatoes cooked separate from meats and salad
1 home made dessert for everyone
Water, Wine and Coffee.
They have a terrace with a tent, or we can be inside depending on the weather.
We will also arrange a book swap table. If anyone has any ideas on games, contests etc etc
please email me at annika@expatsinitaly.com .
Cost: €32 per person (€16 for children between 2 and 8).
Payment has to be made in advance via Paypal. Payment requests will be sent via PayPal so if you are not already on the list, please send us an email so we can add you.
In order to make reservations we need to know the exact number of
attendees. Please email me as soon as possible at annika@expatsinitaly.com
with the total number of adults/children you are bringing and the names of
the attendees. Write "GTG Headcount" in the subject line. Also remember to include information about special needs - allergies, vegetarian etc.
Now that the time, location, menu, and price of our upcoming GTG at Mulino
di Quercegrossa has been announced, we would like to offer you some options
for lodging and transportation .
On site accommodations are available at Mulino di Quercegrossa. They
offers 13 rooms in the main structure and 7 rooms at Villa Rosa, which is
approximately 4 km away. All guests staying at Il Mulino or Villa Rosa
