“Once in a Lifetime” Meme, by The Surviving Fleas
The Surviving Fleas are a group of Italians who apparently have survived (or are surviving) an intensive English course. One of their assignments has been to create a blog – what a fabulous idea! It makes me think more and more about writing this blog in Italian, or keeping a separate one in Italian. Anyway, they have a meme going on about things you’d like to do once in your life. Other bloggers seem to be listing their top 10, but I only have 7 that I can think of (because I’ve already done a lot of things that I want to do). Here are 7 things I haven’t done yet:
1. Visit Sicilia
2. Finally get news that my Italian citizenship is complete.
3. Get married someday
4. Assist on an archaeological dig somewhere (preferably Italy)
5. Visit Machu Picchu
6. Tour Argentina’s wine country
7. Spend a day at Gioia in Amalfi
